FAQ

Can I get a refund?

Yes - within 24 hours of the initial charge. After 24 hours, cancellation stops the next renewal but the current period is non-refundable.
What happens when I cancel?

Your tier perks keep rendering until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that the badge, the tier perks, and the bigger watchlist cap fall back to Free. Your custom slug stays reserved for you for 90 days in case you re-subscribe.
Why only monthly - no yearly plans?

The Ledger runs on Crytek's unofficial API, and there's no telling whether it stays open tomorrow or closes for good. Asking you to pay a year up front for something that might vanish wouldn't be fair, so we keep it month to month.
