MMR display, a view counter, and a bio on your dossier

MMR now reads the way the game shows it, the distribution chart marks where the star tiers begin, and supporters can put their own words on their dossier.

MMR the way the game shows it

Reworked how MMR is displayed so the number stops confusing everyone. It's a whole number now, everywhere it shows up, and it's the same one you see in game.

The MMR distribution chart also draws the in-game star boundaries, so you can tell at a glance where each tier begins and where you sit inside it. And the stars themselves - wherever the tracker shows them - are now worked out from the real cutoffs the game uses, instead of the community-guessed ones we had before. About a quarter of the roster had been showing fewer stars than they'd actually earned, so if that was you, you've got your star back.

Your own words on your dossier

Supporters at the Banisher tier and above can now write a short bio that shows on their dossier - Markdown, so emphasis, lists and links all work. You'll find it in your account under Customize, with a live preview right next to it.

K/D/A in a single cell

The overlay editor now offers a K/D/A cell - kills, deaths and assists in one slot instead of three, in about a third of the space. Each part keeps its own colour, so you can still read at a glance what moved. Overlays you've already set up stay exactly as they are until you add it yourself.

Documentation

The tracker now has a documentation section - a plain-language write-up of what it can do and exactly how to use it. For now it holds a full guide to the OBS overlay, and more articles will land there as the features themselves ship.

Everything else

  • A dossier now shows how many times it's been viewed. It's free for everyone and on by default - your own visits don't count, refreshing the page doesn't inflate it, and you can switch it off in your account under Visibility & Privacy.
  • If we notice that your Steam profile or your Hunt game activity is hidden, your dossier now carries a small note about it - and only you can see it. We refresh stats more often when we can tell you're in a match, so with those settings hidden your dossier updates noticeably slower. Fixed in your Steam privacy settings - or with the Banisher tier, which gets priority refresh either way.
  • Fixed search: names with symbols in them are found properly now. Thanks to Kejma Kensiro for the report.

Thanks, everyone! And do tell the neighbours ๐Ÿ™‚
